What and Who is a Mentor?

According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, a mentor is a trusted counselor or guide, a tutor or a coach. All LET I and II cadets are mentees, as well as certain LET II cadets. This leaves the  LET III and IV cadets to serve as mentors to them. However, LET III's and IV's will also be mentored by teachers and staff throughout Wake Forest High School.
